RISK FACTORS
An investment in the Fund’s shares is subject to risks. The value of the Fund’s investments will increase or decrease based on changes in the prices of the investments it holds. This will cause the value of the Fund’s shares to increase or decrease. You could lose money by investing in the Fund. By itself, the Fund does not constitute a complete investment program. Before investing in the Fund, you should consider carefully the following risks the Fund faces, together with the other information contained in the prospectus.
Since the Fund is non-diversified, it is subject to higher reduction of capital and volatility than a fund more proportionately allocated among a large number of securities. An investment in the Fund involves risk. The Fund is new with no significant operating history by which to evaluate its potential performance. There can be no assurance that the Fund’s strategy will be successful. The Fund may leverage its investments by “borrowing.” The use of leverage increases both risk of loss and profit potential.
OVERLAY SHARES DISCLOSURES
RISK FACTORS: The Funds invest in options that derive their performance from the performance of the S&P 500 Index. Selling (writing) and buying options are speculative activities and entail greater than ordinary investment risks. The Funds' use of put options can lead to losses because of adverse movements in the price or value of the underlying asset, which may be magnified by certain features of the options. When selling a put option, the Funds will receive a premium; however, this premium may not be enough to offset a loss incurred by the Funds if the price of the underlying asset is below the strike price by an amount equal to or greater than the premium. Purchased put options may expire worthless, and the Funds would lose the premium it paid for the option. The Funds may lose significantly more than the premiums they receive in highly volatile market conditions.
The Funds will invest in short-term put options, which are financial derivatives that give buyers the right, but not the obligation, to sell (put) an underlying asset at an agreed-upon price and date. The Funds' use of options may reduce the Funds' ability to profit from increases in the value of the underlying asset. The Funds could experience a loss or increased volatility if their derivatives do not perform as anticipated or are not correlated with the performance of their underlying asset or if the Funds are unable to purchase or liquidate a position.
